Girdharilal Namkeen Kaju (500g) is the premium end of Bikaneri namkeen — whole cashews roasted to a golden crunch and coated in aromatic spices, made by Girdharilal Bhujiawale, Bikaner, since 1978. It is prepared in groundnut oil with no palm oil, and delivered fresh across India by BiteBasket.
Plain roasted kaju is nice. Girdharilal's Namkeen Kaju is memorable — the Bikaneri spice coating adds a savoury depth that makes plain cashews taste unfinished by comparison. Premium-grade whole cashews, even roasting, balanced salt and spice. This is the bowl that empties while the conversation is still going.
At 500g of premium cashews, this is the pack you carry to celebrations — Diwali, weddings, housewarmings. It looks generous, tastes luxurious, and carries the Girdharilal legacy since 1978. No palm oil, no cutting corners.
