Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting our support team.

After dispatch, orders cannot be canceled.

Please Note:

As our products are food items, we do not offer any return, exchange, or replacement under any circumstances.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged, wrong, or missing items upon verification.

To request a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

Non-Refundable

Perishable products (like sweets and namkeen) once delivered are non-refundable unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are credited within 4–5 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please contact us at support@bitebasket.in and provide your bank account number and IFSC code. The refund amount will be transferred directly to your bank account.
