Girdharilal Bikaneri Bhujia is the original Bikaneri bhujia — crispy gram-flour strands in traditional Bikaneri spices, fried in pure groundnut (moongfali) oil, made by Girdharilal Bhujiawale, Bikaner, since 1978. It is 100% palm oil free, preservative free and 100% vegetarian.
Bikaneri bhujia isn't just a snack — it's a heritage food, and Girdharilal has been making it the traditional way since 1978. Moth and gram flours, handpicked spices, groundnut oil, small batches. When people say "real Bikaneri taste," this is the benchmark they're measuring against.
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Best enjoyed within 30 days of opening for maximum crunch. Every pack is hygienically sealed in Bikaner and shipped fresh across India.
Why is Bikaneri bhujia so famous? Its unique spice blend, the desert climate's perfect frying conditions, and generations of halwai expertise — read more on NDTV Food.
