Girdharilal 3 No. Bhujia is the classic Bikaneri bhujia — fine, light, fluffy strands with the perfect salt-spice balance, made by Girdharilal Bhujiawale, Bikaner, since 1978. It is fried in 100% pure peanut oil with handpicked longi mirch, and contains no palm oil, no artificial colours and no preservatives.
Every Bikaneri household has a "daily" bhujia, and for thousands of families it's the 3 No. Fine enough to feel light, seasoned enough to never taste bland — this is the bhujia that sits next to the chai tray, gets sprinkled over poha, and quietly finishes before anything else in the snack drawer. Girdharilal's recipe hasn't changed in four decades because it never needed to.
Finely milled gram flour, pure peanut oil, salt, longi mirch. That's the list. No artificial colours, no preservatives, no palm oil. The natural process keeps it fresh and light — the way Bikaneri bhujia was always meant to taste. Bikaneri bhujia on Wikipedia.
What does "3 No." mean? It's the traditional size grade of the bhujia die — fine strands. Thicker than sev, finer than mota bhujia: the all-rounder of Bikaneri namkeen.
