Girdharilal Cornflakes Mixture (500g) is Bikaner's light, family-friendly namkeen — crispy cornflakes, crunchy roasted nuts and gently balanced spices, made by Girdharilal Bhujiawale, Bikaner, since 1978. It is fried in pure groundnut oil with no palm oil, and delivered fresh across India by BiteBasket.
Most mixtures pick a side — too spicy for kids or too bland for adults. Cornflakes Mixture threads the needle: the cornflakes keep it light and crunchy, the nuts add richness, and the mild masala keeps every age group happy. It's the safe choice for mixed crowds and the smart choice for tiffins.
Groundnut oil (never palm oil) keeps it aromatic without greasiness. The cornflake base means a satisfying crunch with a lighter bite than gram-flour-heavy mixtures. About cornflakes on Wikipedia.
Is cornflakes mixture good for kids? Yes — Girdharilal's version is mildly spiced and made in groundnut oil with no palm oil, making it a sensible tiffin snack.
