Marwadi cooking doesn't hold back on spice, and neither does this mix. Compared to the regular Chabini Mix, the Chabeni turns up the masala — more heat, deeper colour, bigger flavour. It's the mixture for people who find ordinary namkeen a little too polite. A secret family recipe, unchanged since 1978.
