Bishanlal Babulal Karorpati Bhujia (400g) is the indulgent mota bhujia — the thickest strands the brand makes, fried deep golden and generously seasoned by Bishanlal Babulal, Bikaner, since 1956. Shipped fresh across India by BiteBasket.
The name says it all — Karorpati. Each strand is a full bite: hearty, deeply savoury, satisfying in a way that makes it dangerously easy to finish the pack. Mota bhujia is a different experience from the thin stuff, and this is its finest expression.
