Bishanlal Babulal Bikaneri Bhujia is the original handmade Bikaneri bhujia — crisp strands of moth dal and besan in a family spice blend guarded since 1956, made by Bishanlal Babulal, Bikaner. Unlike machine-extruded namkeen, every batch is still mixed and fried the traditional way. Shipped fresh across India by BiteBasket.
There is bhujia, and then there is Bishanlal Babulal. Nearly 70 years of the same recipe, the same hand-made process — which is why the texture is different from anything machine-made: lighter, crunchier, savoury without harshness. Open a pack and the aroma tells you everything before the first bite.
What makes Bishanlal Babulal bhujia different? It is still handmade in Bikaner the traditional way — mixed and fried in small batches, never machine-extruded — using a spice blend the family has guarded since 1956.
The story behind the brand: Bishanlal Babulal — Bikaner Halwai Since 1956.
