Bishanlal Babulal Handrolled Papad is the traditional Bikaneri papad — urad dal dough with Bikaneri spices, rolled thin by hand and sun-dried, made by Bishanlal Babulal, Bikaner, since 1956. Shipped with care across India by BiteBasket.
Roast it over a flame or fry it crisp: either way it puffs into a light, crackling disc with a deep, savoury flavour that packet papads simply do not have. Serve alongside dal-chawal, or crush over khichdi the way Bikaneris do.
