Bishanlal Babulal Bina Mirch Bhujia is the no-chilli Bikaneri bhujia — the crisp moth-dal strands and hand-made texture perfected since 1956, with the heat turned down. Made by Bishanlal Babulal, Bikaner. Shipped fresh across India by BiteBasket.
What remains when the chilli goes is a mellow, nutty, deeply satisfying crunch — perfect for kids' tiffin boxes, grandparents' evening snack, and anyone who reaches for namkeen but winces at extra mirchi. Also wonderful crumbled over dahi, raita and salads.
Is Bina Mirch Bhujia completely bland? No — mild aromatic spices remain; only the chilli heat is removed. For full flavour with heat, try the classic Bikaneri Bhujia.

Mota Bhujia is a traditional Bikaneri snack made from gram flour (besan) and a blend of aromatic spices. It's characterized by its thick, crunchy texture and balanced spicy flavor. Perfect for snacking, with dahi raita, or as a chaat topping.
