Gatte are steamed rolls of gram flour (besan) that are cut into bite-sized pieces and cooked in a spicy yogurt-based curry. They’re rich in protein, full of fiber, and satisfy cravings while keeping your health goals on track.

Boil Gatte: Cut the Gatta pieces and boil in water till soft.
Make the Gravy: In ghee, sauté hing, jeera, red chilli, and garam masala. Add curd and cook.
Add Gatte: Add boiled gatte to the gravy and let them simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Serve: Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with roti, paratha, or steamed rice.
You can also prepare dry gatta masala, gatte pulao, or gatte ki kadhi using the same base.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
After opening, keep in airtight container.
